Shipping

Within Australia

Orders are sent Australia-wide with Express Post for a flat rate of $20 AUD, with tracking once your order has been dispatched. Sample packs ship free.

International

I work with couples all over the world and ship internationally. Get in touch and I’ll quote shipping to your location.

Returns

Because every suite is made just for you, I’m unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind. This includes sample packs. If there’s ever an issue with your order, just let me know and I’ll make it right.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, I’m so sorry. Please email me at lizzy@arcastudio.com.au within 7 days of delivery, with a few photos of the damage and the packaging, and I’ll make it right.
