YOUR 2026 WEDDING STATIONERY TIMINGS:
SAVE THE DATES
Your guests should receive these 9 to 12 months before your wedding.
Save the dates are the first touchpoint of your wedding. Sending save the dates early is always recommended.
WEDDING INVITATIONS
Your guests should receive these 4 to 6 months before your wedding.
This stage brings together your full suite, including invitations, RSVP cards and any additional details. Starting early ensures a considered design process, smooth printing and timely guest responses.
ON-THE-DAY WEDDING STATIONERY
This process should begin 1 to 3 months before your wedding date.
On-the-day stationery includes menus, place cards, seating charts, table numbers and signage. We can accommodate printing within the final month for menus to align with venue requirements.
THE ARCA PAPER STATIONERY TIMELINE:
Semi-custom stationery: Available online, with delivery in up to 4 weeks.
Fully custom design: Created uniquely for you, with a 2–3 month turnaround.
